RTE. We are looking for families to take part in a new television series for RTÉ Lifestyle called Living Lightly. Living lightly is about the tough times we are living in, trying to make It all work on a budget, about embracing thrift and actually trying to live A better life on less, much less! Over six months and with the help of our experts, three families will learn how to spend less, waste less and even need less and actually to have a good time doing it! With all sorts of practical tips, advice and hands on help our families will cut their spending and save money on everything from the grocery shopping to a low budget holy communion, a do it your self 21st birthday and even growing vegetables. A sort of Irish 'The Good Life'. In particular we are looking for families whose circumstances have changed and maybe have experienced redundancy and unemployment recently.
