Irish Talent, also known as IrishTalent.ie, is a searchable online directory that allows users to create unique personal listings, related to talent and creativity, for casting and contact purposes by potential employers.

This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of IrishTalent.ie. By using IrishTalent.ie you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

You are only authorised to use IrishTalent.ie if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully and save it. If you do not agree with it, you should discontinue use of IrishTalent.ie immediately. If you wish to register for a listing, communicate with other registered users or use IrishTalent.ie, you must read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance during the Registration process.

IrishTalent.ie may modify this Agreement from time to time and such modification shall be effective upon posting by IrishTalent.ie on IrishTalent.ie website. You agree to be bound to any changes to this Agreement when you use IrishTalent.ie after any such modification is posted. You should review this Agreement regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.

All profiles that are created for IrishTalent.ie are submitted subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policy listed on this page.

IrishTalent.ie reserves the right to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including private messages) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of IrishTalent.ie and http://irishtalent.ning.com at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability .

IrishTalent.ie expressly reserves the right to remove your profile and/or deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of IrishTalent.ie if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this Agreement or pose a threat to IrishTalent.ie and/or its Users.

The profiles and all information contained within on IrishTalent.ie are accessible to all unless a subscriber specifically changes their profile to Private

IrishTalent.ie is an online directory and not an agency.

We do not take commission or any other type of payment for any form of employment or other form of contractual agreement that users gain directly or indirectly as a result of their profile being included within IrishTalent.ie.

We reserve the right to remove the log-in capacity of any employer or user that we believe to have behaved improperly.

Copyright holders retain all rights over copyrighted material that is included in users' profiles. This applies to song writing and sound recording copyrights contained within MP3 files; it also applies to photographs and all other content. You may not upload, embed, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that infringes copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any person or entity.

We will not take any responsibility for the content of our users' profiles.

Any client under the age of eighteen must gain parental consent before creating their profile. We will not accept responsibility for any under-eighteen year olds' profiles that are uploaded without parental consent.

We reserve the right to remove any content from users' profiles should we be alerted to the fact that the profiles contain dishonest information.

We reserve the right to remove any content from users' profiles should we be alerted to the fact that such content infringes the copyright of other parties.

We reserve the right to remove any content from users' profiles should we be alerted to the fact that the profiles contain offensive, violent or threatening content.

We reserve the right to issue users' information to companies that provide services or manufacture products that we believe to be of specific relevance to users' stated careers of choice.

We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on your site. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and other sites on the Internet. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold IrishTalent.ie, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable solicitors fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of IrishTalent.ie in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or if any Member Content that you post on the IrishTalent.ie Website or through IrishTalent.ie causes IrishTalent.ie to be liable to another .
